趁着刚面完的新鲜劲把面试写了 也当是服务后人顺带攒点RP吧。
本人美帝小硕一枚 背景是供应链的 申了shanghai management trainee program customer development的position
前一周拿的telephone interview的通知 等到今早面 电话是Kaj打的' 欧洲口音蛮好懂的 态度也很nice
小寒暄了几句就开始正题了 问的都是差不多的问题 感觉就是狂甩例子
1. Why choose this position
2. Talk about a time you think you can do things better
3. 接着前一个问题问的 so any changes do you make
4. describe a time you need to do quick decision but your team members are reluctant to
5. describle a time you and your team go through a challenging situation
6. Why are you interested in FMCG industry
7. Growth mindset的一个例子
8. Customer focus 的一个例子
9. describe a time you regret on doing sth.
差不多这些吧 楼主说到最后例子都快用完了。。。。
小哥最后说今年很多人投啊 投上海这个position的人尤其多啊 blablabla 说的楼主心里抖的呀。。。
