当前货币政策有效性分析

摘要：本文梳理了20世纪30年代以来中外学术界关于货币政策有效性问题的研究文献，在此基础上得出了货币政策能否有效发挥调控作用不在于货币政策本身，而取决于其发挥作用的`环境和条件的研究结论。中国通货紧缩时期，货币政策完全可以有所作为。关键是要改善国民经济运行环境，畅通货币政策传导渠道。
