北京市商品住宅市场的供需关系研究
摘要：当前，随着全国房地产业的迅猛发展，北京的'房地产业也处于快速发展阶段，但在发展的同时也存在1些问题。本文根据供需理论对北京市住宅市场的供需关系展开研究。文章首先对目前北京住宅市场供给和需求的现状进行描述，接着对北京市住宅市场供需存在的主要问题及其成因进行了分析，最后提出了解决北京市住宅市场供需矛盾的几点建议，包括：剔除房价中的不合理因素，引导房价整体水平的稳定；发挥政策导向作用，促进住房供应结构合理化；强化土地供应管理，加强和改善住房建设规划；完善政策，促进存量住房交易发展
