试论企业负债经营及其风险规避
摘要：资金是企业组织生产，经营的前提条件。任何1个企业:为了保证生产经营的.正常进行，必须拥有1定数量的资金。另外，由于临时性生产的需要或适应市场要求变化，扩大适销产品的生产规模，研制开发新产品，在内部资金不足的情况下，企业还需筹措资金，以增强自身的经济实力，在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。虽然企业有多种渠道筹资，但负债筹资有其相对的优越性,多为企业所采用。这种策略给企业带来巨大经济效益的同时，也产生了1些不容忽视的负面作用。因此,我们在采用负债时，合理负债，就成为我们所必须解决的1个问题。
