费用控制在企业成本管理中的应用

Abstract: As a management way in modern project management, the method of controlling charge in the company pays an important role in time management and cost management. And here we use application of earned value analysis in cost management. The aim is to drop the cost of the company. In this way the company’s core competition can be effective elevated. The basic concept and concrete theory of earned vale analysis are introduced in detail.
