云南省财政支农支出及其绩效的实证研究

摘要：云南财政支农支出规模对农民增收的影响不显著，但其支出结构却促进了农民收入水平的提高。由于财政支出的目标偏差，云南财政支农支出促使城乡差距缩小的.功能不明显，使得其社会福利功能没能得以体现。提出相应的五个方面的对策措施。

Abstract:The paper applies stepwise regression to analyze the contribution of Yunnan fiscal expenditure for agriculture to agriculture economy growth and per capita annual income on agriculture of rural households,and uses Granger causality test to examine the relation of fiscal expenditure and per capita annual income of rural households and the income gap between urban and rural results suggesting that,the structure of fiscal expenditure for agriculture but not the scale has effect on the income of use of the deviation of objectives of fiscal expenditure,the expenditure on agriculture could not narrow the income gap between urban and rural Countermeasures can form three aspects.
