空姐缺口变大
有应聘者说，虽然空乘工作很累，但是体面且薪水丰厚。海航工作人员表示认可，“在海航，一般刚进的空乘人员月薪五六千左右，如果飞国际航线月薪至少上万。”
据了解，目前各大航空公司密集招聘空乘，最重要的原因是缺口变大。不过，也有业内人士透露，频繁招聘的`另一个原因是空姐流失严重。
该人士解释说，如今航空公司招聘空姐，几乎都采取“劳务工”的用工方式，与新招空姐签订5年或10年的聘用合同，到期可不续聘。工作稳定性和归属感下降，使得空姐一旦找到更好的出路，就会立马辞职。
也许正是在这种大背景下，空姐“门槛”才越来越低，只要综合素质好，即使只有高中或者中专学历也行。
