Have rich design experience in plastic & sheet metal and analytical skills involved tolerance analysis, quality analysis, manufacture process analysis. 4. Do well in taking charge product schedule, product cost, and product life cycle management. 5. Be familiar with some types of plastic, rubber and sheet metal materials, for thermoplastic, such as, ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PP, PA, PPO, PPS, POM, PET, PBT, and so on. For thermoset, e.g. MF, PF, UF, EP, UP, SMC, BMC/DMC. For thermoplastic elastomer, such as, TPU, TPV, TPR, TPEE. For sheet metal, SPCC, SECC, SPCD, SECD, SUS301, SUS304. 6. Be familiar with plastic additive, second-making technology of plastic material, such as plastic electroplate, plastic painting and spraying, plastic coating, double injection and IMD skills. 7. Do well in DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, and CPK, 6-SIGMA and PPAP & PQAP process, QC7 methods and use it to analyze and deal with the quality problem of product. Do similar analysis using ANSYS CAE, such as drop test, twist test, vibration test, shock test, material fatigue analysis, and material stress analysis. 8. Be good at dealing with molding defects of plastic, e.g. flowing mark, sink mark, welding mark, welding line, short shot, scratch, mottle, white out, mold sticking, jammed, warp and non-uniform texture, overflowing burrs, and product distortion. 9. Be familiar with some types of tooling, e.g. hot runner tooling, cold runner tooling (2-plate tooling, 3-plate tooling) and die, die casting, sheet stamping. 10.
