| • Facilitate and project manage the sourcing process, including business and industry analysis, development of category profile, establishment of ‘best in class’ sourcing strategies, pre-qualifying suppliers, evaluation of supplier responses and negotiation with suppliers as appropriate to obtain optimal terms and conditions for pricing and service. • To strive for best value for money solutions, through execution of a standardized Accenture sourcing methodology, drawing upon wider Accenture Procurement knowledge when required to determine optimal approach. Use of appropriate Sourcing tools within this process • Proactively identify new opportunities to help meet the saving and compliance targets, and to improve or enhance service delivery • Continually benchmarking the procurement marketplace to understand new solutions being developed and remain current in relevant industry trends, capabilities of new entrants, category cost drivers and pricing trends – i.e. amass the raw material report by periodicity—Weekly report of polymer and Monthly report of FR, oxidizer and pigment ect • Build and execute negotiation plans, preparing for fact based negotiations, planning least and most desired outcomes, arguments and responses. Lead and drive supplier negotiation towards the establishment of agreements • To quality review new and existing supply contracts, identify potential supplier. •Follow up the shipment and make delivery schedule with supplier. |
