| I am looking for opportunities to work in a challenging and stimulating position that will necessitate the development and expansion of my expertise, while at the same time making a significant contribution to the organization. I graduated from York University, Canada with a degree in Economic; also I received two diplomas in International Finance and Marketing from Pei Zheng Commercial College, China. And recently I am taking the IARFP course (The International Association of Registered Financial Planners) during weekends to future my education. Throughout my academic career in economics, finance, and business fields, my education has made me well versed in the theories. Moreover, when in school, as the Captain of the School Soccer Team, I gained courageous leadership and developed the skills of inspiring and influencing others; as the Vice President of Student Union of School of Finance, I improved my abilities to manage collectively.
In addition to my work experience in the position of Assistant Manager Customer Contact Centre in HSBC Global Resourcing since July 2006, I’ve been maintaining the high performance standards of operation functions. The Best Performance Awards entitled weekly and monthly can be clearly illustrated my success in the particular position. Besides the high performance in the job, I have participated lots of events and activities in the organization. As the result of my hard work contributed to the corporation, I was promoted to Supervisor last September. After being promoted to a Supervisor, I’ve successfully been leading the team to meet the Service Level Agreement, providing the excellent services to both external customers and internal colleagues. Overall, I developed strong judgment, decision making and customer service skills in the past years.
