聘请外教基本流程
聘请外籍人员基本流程如下
1确定人选 当前位置-首页-服务项目-聘请外教基本流程与外籍人员沟通，确认外籍人员基本资料包括学历，工作经验后进行电话面试
2向省外国专家局申办《外国专家来华工作许可》
需提供以下材料：
①聘请单位出具的《外国专家来华工作许可证申请证明》
②《外国专家来华工作许可申请表》
③个人简历（包括学历、工作经历等）
④最高学历证书或专业资格证明材料复印件
⑤经中国驻外使、领馆认证的.外国卫生医疗机构或中国政府指定的卫生检疫部门出具的健康证明书 ⑥聘用协议或合同（省外专局领取）、合同附件
⑦护照复印件
⑧聘请单《聘请外国专家资格认可证书》复印件或该证书编号
⑨已在华工作过的外国文教专家须有原聘请单位推荐证明
3申办签证通知函（电）
需提供以下材料：
①《外国专家来华工作许可证》复印件
②聘请单位申办报告
③拟聘专家护照复印件
④聘请单位营业执照复印件
⑤《外国人入境申请表》（省外办领事处领取）
4 邮寄相关文件
将邀请函及专家专家确认件寄给拟聘外籍人员
5办理工作签证
拟聘外籍人员携相关材料到我国驻外使馆申办来华工作许可
6 前往工作地点
在外籍人员办理好工作签证后，确认来华具体时间及航班，招聘单位安排人员接机 7入职后办理相关手续
安排外籍人员住宿，了解招聘单位基本情况
外籍人员入境后24小时内向所在公安部门办理外国人住宿登记手续
入境后15日内向外国专家局申办《外国专家证》
入境后30日内向公安部门申办《外国人居留证》
