经济紧缩的成因研究
摘 要：近几年来，在我国经济发展中发生了为期不短的通货紧缩，抑制了社会的有效需求，影响了企业的.正常经营，且各类价格全面下跌的同时，GDP增长仍然比较高，并且实现了经济的高速增长，这使1些人特别是外国人难以理解，甚至怀疑统计数字是否真实。本文对上述问题进行了深入探讨，以1997年至2002年的通货紧缩为背景,从宏观经济学的角度出发，首先分析经济紧缩和通货紧缩的含义以及通货紧缩的分类和我国当前通货紧缩的态势及特点，然后从紧缩性的财政政策和货币政策、有效需求不足、市场供过于求、生产成本的降低这4个方面详细分析经济紧缩的原因，接着研究了经济紧缩、经济增长、通货紧缩3者的关联，并且重点分析了我国1997年至2002年通货紧缩条件下经济增长的原因，最后分析了通货紧缩与国民经济运行的关系和经济紧缩对我国经济发展造成的不利影响，并且从财政对策、金融对策和分配机制3个方面重点分析了经济紧缩的治理措施，得出了结论。
